Mumbaichef
MumbaiChef was born in 2018, but my culinary adventure started way back in 1991, when I first ignited a stove in the bustling kitchens of Juhu. Over the next thirty years, I immersed myself in the art of Indian, Tandoori, and Chinese cuisine, honing my skills in some of the finest restaurants across Mumbai and New Zealand.
One of my proudest moments was earning a spot in the Guinness World Records for the longest curry delivery with Raj Mahal in Christchurch. This milestone was a testament to my dedication and love for cooking. Eventually, I realized my dream of owning my own restaurant in Orewa, NZ - a journey marked by passion, precision, and pure flavor.
Today, MumbaiChef is the culmination of my global experiences, bringing bold, honest, and unforgettable dishes to the table. Each dish is a tribute to tradition and a celebration of innovation, crafted with the same love and dedication that has fueled my journey from the very beginning.
